科学研究


研究方向

研究方向为高性能集成电路研究及电子设备中电源管理集成技术的研究,其中主要包含以下几方面的研究:自适应恒定导通时间控制策略研究、高频高功率密度集成技术研究、EMI产生机理和抑制技术研究、高压大功率应用中的高精度控制技术研究、智能功率变换系统控制方法及建模研究、数字辅助功率集成技术研究、超低功耗自适应供电系统研究和绿色能源系统研究与设计等。项目涉及DC/DC变换器、AC/DC变换器、LED驱动、电池电量监测/充电管理、高品质音频放大器、光电集成及PMU等诸多热门领域。被广泛应用于平板电视/电脑、机顶盒、分布式供电系统、大尺寸LED屏幕、LCD背光及低功耗通用SoC、高速串行(Serdes)接口SoC、多模导航SoC等诸多产品中。

     


研究条件

所在实验室牵头或参与了十余项国家科技重大专项,2008-2013年间共获20项国家自然科学基金项目。产学研合作卓有成效,与企业合作承担了国家高技术产业发展计划、四川省产业发展关键重大技术项目、江苏省产业化转化项目、广东省教育部产学研结合项目、粤港关键领域重点突破项目等产业合作项目,面向市场研发出100余种微电子器件及集成电路,为企业开发了多种工艺生产平台,部分产品打破国外垄断、实现批量生产,已销售数亿只。
