教师简介
长期从事氧化物陶瓷及薄膜的制备、结晶行为分析、微观结构调控及表征、电学性能检测及分析等工作。主持和参与了国家自然科学基金,科技部863,总装预研,空装预研,国防科工局基础研究,教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金,广东省产学研合作专项等多项科研项目,在Physical Review B, Applied Physics Letters, Journal of American Ceramic Society, Ceramics International, Journal of Alloys and Compound等刊物上发表论文20余篇,SCI引用100余次。申请国家发明专利10件。
